This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled on Yali. By making a payment on Yali, you agree to this policy.
Nature of payments
Yali charges only for optional visibility services such as boosts or featured placement.
- Payments are not for buying or selling items
- Yali does not handle user-to-user transactions
- Payments apply only to visibility features
No guarantee of results
Boosts increase visibility but do not guarantee:
- views or engagement
- messages or responses
- successful transactions
General refund policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, except in specific cases listed below.
Eligible refund situations
- Technical failure: Payment completed but service not activated
- Duplicate payment: Same transaction charged multiple times
- Incorrect charge: System billing error
Non-refundable situations
- change of mind after activation
- low engagement or no responses
- unsuccessful sale or exchange
- post expiry after normal duration
- policy violations or moderation actions
- incorrect content submitted by user
- user deletes or closes post
Moderation and refunds
If a post violates Yali rules, it may be removed or restricted. Any associated boost may be cancelled without refund.
Refund requests
To request a refund, provide:
- transaction reference ID
- post ID
- reason for request
Requests should be made within a reasonable time (typically 3–5 days).
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
Fraud and abuse
Yali may deny refund requests or suspend accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.
Policy updates
Yali may update this policy at any time. Changes apply to future transactions.
